DIST_OWNER_MAIL_MERGE

By default, list owners who are not LISTSERV postmasters may not use the mail-merge features against their own lists. Setting this variable to 1 enables this feature for all list owners on the server.

LISTSERV postmasters may always use mail-merge features regardless of the setting of this variable as it is assumed that they know whether the embedded mail-merge feature of LISTSERV is available and enabled, while individual list owners may not have this information.

Note: Do not enable this feature unless you have enabled embedded mail-merge.
