JOBQ_MINPROC

This configuration variable defines the minimum number of jobs that need to be processed before LISTSERV makes a new scan, in the case where the next job in the queue is a bounce.

JOBQ_MINPROC=100

The default is 10% of the queue or 50 jobs, whichever is larger. Setting the variable to 0 disables spool sorting altogether.
