NOLIST_CHANGELOG_BUFFER

If non-zero, this configuration variable tells LISTSERV to allocate a buffer for every NOLIST changelog. Every write to the changelog goes to the buffer with no file I/O until the buffer is full or LISTSERV is shut down. If logging to DBMS is enabled, it still takes place immediately. This configuration variable is available for LISTSERV HPO only.
